		Equipped for performance. Built for privacy. Each of the therapy rooms at Nassau Rehabilitation is spacious, ultra-private and equipped with a full complement of therapeutic options. Interferential currents, infrared, diathermy, ultrasound and traction are at each clinician’s fingertips. This streamlines the treatment process, and makes the session easier and more productive for you, the patient. Privacy is always maintained at the highest level, and therapy gowns and towels are provided in each room for the patient’s comfort and peace of mind. Top
		Styled with chrome and glass and cutting edge technology. Every facet of Nassau Rehab’s gymnasium complex was developed to simplify the rehabilitation regimen — for the exercise specialist, as well as the patient. We feature Cybex TM and Life Fitness TM equipment, strategically positioned for easy access to and from each workout station, with ample room for exercise without interruption. The mirrored walls add visual depth and brightness, and allow patients to monitor their own technique as they work out. The unique flooring adds a remarkable cushioning effect for stretching, standing and working out. It also acts as a safety net and protective barrier should a patient fall. Top
		Visually inviting. Technically advanced. The attention to detail is evident at our new facility, from the large flat screen plasma television in our waiting room to the carefully selected artwork that adorns our therapy room walls. All the amenities, either aesthetic or functional, were designed with our patient’s health and comfort in mind. We have incorporated an advanced air filtration system, which actually doubles the rate of circulation required by code. The entire complex is situated on one level to facilitate wheelchair and walker use. The corridors are open and wide, and fitted with handrails and grab bars. Patients can move from room to room effortlessly with no floor saddles to block doorway access. Nothing is left to chance when it comes to our patients’ comfort and protection. Even our gym was configured for your safety and convenience. Workout stations are grouped in sections with easy access from a wide walkway and the equipment rests on a soft flooring material. This design feature provides a remarkable cushioning base during workouts and offers excellent protection from falls. Top
